A pioneer in vertical drama casting, he has worked with Netflix, Disney, Hallmark, Lifetime, and Peacock. His work bridges traditional and emerging entertainment platforms, drawing on long standing industry relationships and a track record of discovering and casting talent for audiences across formats.
Candace Mizga

Candace Mizga is an actor, producer, writer, and co-founder of Chera TV, where she serves as Vice President of Production & Development. A graduate of NYU Tisch, she has starred in more than 35 narrative productions and helps develop and produce Chera originals across multiple markets. Her recent project Ashton Heights won Best Thriller at the 2026 Vertical Shorts Festival. Mizga is also a co-founder of Muse Motel Studios.

Working across film, television, and digital media, Kylie is passionate about creating emotionally honest, visually distinctive stories and bringing a strong female perspective to her work both in front of and behind the camera.

Jasmine Ruiz

Jasmine Ruiz is a creator, actress, and comedian. She creates comedic content focused on the NYC experience, relatable life stressors, and being Puerto Rican. In addition to her daily content, Jasmine is the producer of The Super NYC, a vertical series hosted on social media about a New York City super who must deal with his eccentric tenants. She’s also the co-creator of Cyle Breakers, a vertical series about two women who are the first in their families to break harmful cycles. When Jasmine isn’t making people laugh on social media, you can see her in commercials and independent films. She signed to Stewart Talent in 2023 for commercial representation and to Like, Alchemy in 2024 for social media management. In addition to making millions of people laugh on social media, you can find Jasmine hosting events in NYC.
