ALZA Festival Ticket, PasS & Credentials Terms & Conditions

Effective for ALZA Festival 2026

By purchasing or using an ALZA Festival ("Festival") Industry Pass, All Access Pass, or Single Event Ticket, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Admission

All attendees must present a valid ticket, pass, or digital confirmation for entry. Government-issued photo identification may be required for pass pickup or credential verification.

Admission is subject to venue capacity, security screening, and compliance with Festival and venue policies.

Admission to any Festival event is at the discretion of the Festival and participating venues. The Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose presence is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Passes & Tickets

Industry Pass

The Industry Pass provides access to designated industry programming, screenings, conversations, networking events, and other experiences identified as part of the Industry Pass program. Certain special events, parties, or networking experiences may require advance registration or have limited capacity.

An Industry Pass provides access to eligible Festival programming but does not guarantee admission to individual events, which are subject to venue capacity.

All Access Pass

The All Access Pass provides access to Festival screenings, conversations, industry programming, networking opportunities, and audience experiences included with the pass. Certain special events, parties, or premium experiences may require advance registration or have limited capacity.

An All Access Pass provides access to eligible Festival programming but does not guarantee admission to individual events, which are subject to venue capacity.

Single Event Tickets

Single Event Tickets are valid only for the specific screening or event listed on the ticket and do not provide access to other Festival programming.

3. Seating & Capacity

Festival admission does not guarantee seating. Entry to screenings, panels, conversations, and events is available on a first-come, first-served basis until venue capacity is reached.

Attendees are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes before scheduled start times for popular events.

4. Schedule Changes

Festival programming, speakers, creators, venues, dates, and event times are subject to change without notice.

The Festival reserves the right to substitute, reschedule, relocate, or cancel any event as necessary.

5. Refund & Exchange Policy

All ticket and pass sales are final.

Tickets and passes are non-refundable and may not be exchanged unless an event is canceled without a comparable replacement or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Failure to attend an event does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.

6. Transfers

Industry Passes and All Access Passes may be transferred to another individual prior to credential issuance, subject to approval by the Festival. Once a pass has been issued, activated, or used for check-in, it may not be transferred or shared.

Single Event Tickets may be transferred unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase.

7. Lost or Misused Credentials

Lost, stolen, duplicated, altered, or fraudulent tickets or credentials may be canceled without refund.

Replacement credentials may be issued at the Festival's discretion and may be subject to a replacement fee.

The Festival reserves the right to revoke admission for misuse of any ticket or pass.

8. Photography, Recording & Media

By attending the Festival, attendees acknowledge that photography, video recording, livestreaming, and audio recording may occur throughout Festival events.

Attendees grant the Festival and its partners permission to use their likeness in photographs, video, and promotional materials in any media without compensation.

Photography, audio recording, video recording, livestreaming, or any other reproduction of Festival screenings or presentations may be prohibited. Where prohibited by the Festival, the venue, or the content owner, attendees may not capture, record, livestream, or otherwise reproduce any portion of a screening or presentation. Violations may result in removal from the venue or Festival, revocation of Festival credentials, and other action as permitted by law.

9. Code of Conduct

The Festival is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment.

Attendees are expected to treat fellow guests, creators, speakers, staff, sponsors, volunteers, and venue personnel with respect.

Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, intoxication, illegal activity, or failure to follow Festival or venue policies may result in removal from the Festival without refund.

The Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or revoke credentials at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms & Conditions, Festival policies, venue policies, or conduct that compromises the safety, integrity, or experience of the Festival.

10. Age & Venue Policies

Some screenings, events, or venues may have age restrictions. Unless otherwise noted, attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

All attendees must comply with venue rules, including security procedures and prohibited items.

Failure to comply may result in denied entry or removal.

11. Accessibility

The Festival is committed to creating an accessible experience for all attendees.

As Festival programming, venues, and event logistics continue to be finalized, the Festival will continue to expand and communicate available accessibility accommodations to best serve attendees.

Guests requiring accessibility accommodations are encouraged to contact info@torreslive.com in advance of the Festival so accommodations can be coordinated whenever reasonably possible.

12. Assumption of Risk

Attendance at Festival events is voluntary. Attendees assume all risks associated with participating in Festival activities and are responsible for their personal belongings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Festival, Torres Live, participating venues, sponsors, partners, affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, volunteers, and representatives shall not be liable for personal injury, property loss, or other damages arising from attendance at the Festival.

13. Force Majeure

The Festival shall not be responsible for cancellations, delays, or modifications resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, public health emergencies, government actions, labor disputes, venue issues, acts of God, or other unforeseen events.

14. Intellectual Property

All films, presentations, artwork, logos, trademarks, and other Festival content remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants attendees any right to reproduce, distribute, record, livestream, or otherwise use Festival content except as expressly permitted by applicable law or with the permission of the applicable rights holder.
