Creator Statement
I created this series out of romantic burnout and a love for comedy. We’ve all endured dates so absurd they felt scripted, so I wanted to lean into that collective trauma and transform it into pure, unfiltered comedy. By placing real stand-up comics in hyper-exaggerated red-flag roles, we get to laugh at the worst parts of modern dating together. Ultimately, I hope audiences take away a sense of catharsis—a reminder that no matter how chaotic the dating world gets, turning your worst experiences into shared laughter is the ultimate victory.
